El ARM TT+TI es un armario de resistencias de carga para conjunto de transformadores de tensión e intensidad, compuesto por una caja ranurada con 3 resistencias (circuito de intensidad), un grupo de 3 resistencias (circuito de tensión), su respectivo regletero y su interruptor magnetotérmico de 2 A, ubicados en un armario metálico con ventilación (natural o forzada, dependiendo de las características solicitadas) y con las conexiones protegidas por una cubierta precintable.

El armario está fabricado en chapa (de acero lacada o acero inoxidable, según requisitos) con cierre de doble paletón de 3 mm accionado por aldabilla, y precintado mediante tornillo ranurado para evitar posibles manipulaciones.

Vacuum casting

Vacuum casting is a very versatile technology, capable of producing parts in a wide range of polyurethane (PU) resins to replicate and replace industrial polymers with prototypes and final production parts.

The manufacturing technique is perfect for low volume production, where injection molding is not profitable.

Process

  1. Master model: The master model is designed from a three-dimensional model and printed in 3D.
  2. According to the characteristics, benefits or results that are to be obtained, once the design has been finalized, the most appropriate material will be determined, be they silicones, polyurethane resins or other.
  3. Placement in the machine: The mold is placed in the vacuum casting machine.
  4. The resin is added: The compound of two resins for casting A + B, mixes in the upper compartment.
  5. Drying the piece in the oven: After the casting phase, the mold is placed in the oven to dry it.
  6. Part removal: After drying, the finished part is removed from the mold, which can be reused for the next production cycle.

In our parts, the design, the use of synthetic filled resin and  thorough control of each stage of manufacture meet to achieve the best electrical and mechanical properties:

Thermal Relay.

The thermal relay PTE-4 has been developed and adjusted to equip free-trip switch breakers free kick. The PTE-4 relays protect against constant weak overloads, not influencing variable loads or short duration overloads. Combined with high breaking capability fuses, sufficiently effective protections are achieved at minimal cost, for circuits where rated power is small, so very high short-circuit can rise.
